Thanks for shopping with ReadyBat! Here's everything you need to know about getting your gear from our dugout to yours.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, but we're moving as fast as a kid sprinting to the snack bar.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier depends on your location and what gets your order to you the fastest.

Shipping Rates (US)

  • Free USPS Ground shipping on orders over $15
  • Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $15

All US orders ship standard.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes a few business days depending on your location and carrier.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder, just in case).

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Standard carrier rates apply at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Please note: any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Shoutout to our military families. 💙

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it's in their hands (literally). If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We're happy to help point you in the right direction if you need it — just email us at info@readybat.com.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
